Tayarku Pecah!

Dah 6 tahun ++ travelling Senawang/Rembau - KL, this is the 1st incident happened to me... isk isk.. Happened dekat2 exit Putra Mahkota - arah ke KL.. Tayar belakang, kiri... Alhamdulillah, tak bwk laju masa tu.. kalau idak, ntahlaa.. Anyway, dapat handle that situation dgn jayanya without panic.. Good Job to me!...huhu:

1st - Call hubby; hubby kata tunggu situ.. dia nak call workshop yg buat service the day before. Hubby suruh gak call Kurnia, kalau2 ada free service for any breakdown...

2nd - Call Syikin, agent Kurnia. Tanya cover ke idak GEN-2 ni for the Kurnia Auto Assist. Syikin kate cover, then dia bagi contact #

3rd - Call Kurnia for the 1st time. The agent tanya whether nak towing ke workshop, atau dia akan call PLUS utk tukarkan tayar spare. Kalau towing, the first 30km je free, lepas tu kene charge..Kite kate nanti call balik, nak tanya hubby dulu.. Hubby kater, minta dia tukar tayar spare and then terus ke workshop. Hubby on the way ke tempat kejadian.. chewaaa..

4th - Received call from the workshop. Dia suruh call PLUS and then, tukar tayar then terus ke workshop. Sebab dia tak dapat hantar org..

5th - Call Kurnia for the 2nd time. Agent tu kate, kalau pakai Kurnia; memang service free tapi all the expense nak ke lokasi tu (toll, minyak etc.) kite kena byr.. 'Better akak call PLUS, sebab free'.. baik agent ni, berterus terang, tidak mengambil kesempatan.. hehe..Dia bagi contact # PLUS.

6th - Call PLUS, then give her all the details on the location. Tak sampai 15 min, PLUS pon sampai dan memulakan activity menukar tayar... hehhe.. Masa PLUS tgh buat keje tu, hubby pon sampai... idaklaa kite keseorangan lagi... hehehh.. Cepat jugaklaa, dlm 30 mins; all the things settled dan kite bergerak balik ke Senawang utk ke workhop ngan hubby.. Very much thanks to the uncle2 PLUS.. :) ... Pi workshop utk tukar tayar baru n claim for the tayar yg pecah, sebab tayar baru.. still ada warranty...Biasalaa, mana dia nak ganti on the spot, dia kene report and after 1 month baru boleh tau the result - cash refund or tak dapat ape2.. isk isk...

Jadi, contact # ni kene simpan baik2.. In case, terjadi lagi the same incident.. harap2 tidaklaa.. hehe...

Lagi 1, nasihat pakcik2 PLUS tu.. jgn percaya ngan pomen2 yg berenti kononnya nak tolong.. memang dia tolong, tapi tengoklaa berapa plak $$$ yg dia charge nanti.. Memang masa menungu tu, adalaa 2-3 pomen yg berenti tanyaa.. tapi kite jawab 'Takpe2, saya dah call PLUS.. nak tunggu hubby ni... Terima kasih yer'.. Ada yg pergi jer, tapi ada gak berusaha gak.. tapi kite dgn tegasnya, menolak tawaran yg diberi... heh he...

Nyesal plak tak snap all the actions masa kat highway tadi.. bukan slalu jadi ni.. isk isk...
